2. Accuracy of Professional Information

Therapists are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide during registration, including academic qualifications, experience, specialties, licenses, and any required professional documents. Ehkeely’s management has the right to review this information and request that it be updated or completed at any time to ensure the clarity and accuracy of specialists’ professional profiles.

3. Commitment to Session Appointments

Therapists must adhere to the available appointments they set through the platform and attend each session at the scheduled time, whether it is conducted online or in person. In the event of an emergency that prevents the therapist from attending, the platform’s management or the client must be informed according to the approved procedure to minimize any disruption or negative impact on the user’s experience.

4. Maintaining the Confidentiality of Clients’ Information

Therapists must maintain the complete confidentiality of clients’ data, session content, and any information shared during communication. Therapists may not use, transfer, or share any information relating to a client outside the scope of providing the service, except where required by professional or legal obligations and in accordance with applicable regulations.

5. Limits on the Use of the Platform

Therapists must use the Ehkeely platform solely for its designated professional purposes. They must not exploit clients’ data or communicate with clients outside the approved channels in a manner that violates the platform’s policies. Therapists must also refrain from making definitive treatment promises or guaranteeing specific outcomes, as the results of mental health support vary according to each individual’s condition, commitment, and follow-up.

6. The Platform’s Right to Review and Suspend Accounts

Ehkeely’s management reserves the right to review therapists’ performance, client ratings, adherence to appointments, and quality of communication. In the event of a violation of these terms, repeated complaints, or the submission of inaccurate information, the platform may suspend or deactivate the account or take any appropriate action necessary to maintain service quality and users’ trust.
